Paige

Owner and Director (Deputy DSL/Deputy SENDCO)

With 17 years’ experience in childcare, including working internationally in Early Years, Paige brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her setting. Holding a Level 4 qualification in Childcare and a BA (Hons) in Primary Education with SEND specialism, she is deeply committed to high-quality practice in line with the EYFS, ensuring every child is supported to learn, grow, and thrive as a unique individual 🌟

 

Her vision is simple: every child should feel valued, included, and heard. This is why she created smaller, nurturing settings where strong relationships with children and families are at the heart of everything 💛

 

Paige is also passionate about staff wellbeing, happy parents, and happy children, believing that strong teamwork creates the best outcomes for Early Years learning. She builds close, trusting relationships with families to ensure every child’s journey is fully supported 🤝

 

Alongside Early Years, Paige is also a qualified dance teacher, inspiring children to develop confidence, independence, and individuality through movement, creativity, and play 💃✨

Lisa

Manager/DSL

Lisa brings many years of hands-on experience in Early Years alongside a BA (Hons) Degree in Early Years Education, underpinned by a deep wealth of practical knowledge and understanding of child development. Her practice is firmly rooted in the EYFS, ensuring children receive high-quality learning experiences that are purposeful, engaging, and tailored to individual needs 🌟

 

As a mother of four children herself, Lisa has a natural understanding of children’s emotional security, routines, and developmental stages, which strengthens her ability to build warm, responsive relationships with every child in her care 💛

 

Lisa is passionate about supporting and developing staff, believing that confident, well-supported practitioners create the strongest outcomes for children. She promotes reflective practice, high expectations, and consistency across the setting, ensuring every child is challenged and supported to reach their full potential 📈

 

Driven by a commitment to high aspirations and positive outcomes, Lisa ensures learning is meaningful, inclusive, and aligned with EYFS principles of play-based exploration, communication, and independence 🌱

 

Her leadership helps create a calm, nurturing environment where children feel secure, staff feel valued, and families feel confident in the care and education provided 🤝

Phoebe

Deputy Manager/DSL (Denmead)

Phoebe is a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner with many years of experience working with young children. She brings a naturally warm, welcoming, and nurturing approach, helping children feel safe, secure, and happy as soon as they arrive 💛

 

She is loved by the children, with many affectionately calling the nursery “Phoebe’s House”—a reflection of the strong relationships and homely, family feel she helps create 🏡

 

Phoebe is highly creative in her approach, supporting children’s development through play-based learning in line with the EYFS, encouraging curiosity, imagination, and early communication skills through engaging, hands-on experiences 🌱✨

Maddie

Deputy Manager/DSL (Cosham)

Maddie is a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner who brings a calm, friendly and approachable presence to the setting. She is caring and kind, with a genuine passion for ensuring every child feels happy, safe, and secure throughout their day 💛

 

As a mum to a preschool-aged daughter herself, Maddie has a strong understanding of early development and the importance of nurturing routines, emotional security, and playful learning. She brings this insight into her everyday practice, supporting children in line with the EYFS through engaging, meaningful experiences 🌱

 

Maddie is passionate about making learning fun, using her knowledge to create positive, enjoyable activities that encourage curiosity, confidence, and independence in every child ✨

Pheebs

SENDCO and Practitioner (Denmead)

Pheebs is a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner with extensive experience supporting children with SEND, bringing a skilled and thoughtful approach to helping every child make meaningful progress 💛

 

She is calm, patient, and highly attuned to individual needs, ensuring children feel secure and understood. Her practice is firmly grounded in the EYFS, adapting learning experiences so every child can access and enjoy their development at their own pace 🌱

 

Pheebs is passionate about inclusion and progress, celebrating every small step forward and building strong, trusting relationships with children and families 🤝

Kerry

SENDCO and Practitioner (Cosham) 

Kerry is a Level 3 qualified practitioner and SENDCO, bringing a wealth of experience in Early Years and a strong commitment to inclusive practice 💛

 

She is enthusiastic about her role and maintains high expectations for all children, ensuring every child is supported to progress in line with the EYFS, whatever their starting point 🌱

 

Kerry works closely with families, building strong, trusting relationships to ensure children’s individual needs are understood and fully supported. She values partnership working and believes consistency between home and nursery is key to positive outcomes 🤝

Ruby

Pre School Practitioner (Denmead)

Ruby is a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner who began her journey with us as an apprentice and has grown in both confidence and skill through dedication and passion for her role 💛

 

She has developed into a highly valued member of the team, with a strong ability to set up engaging environments and extend children’s learning in meaningful ways, fully in line with the EYFS 🌱

 

Ruby is well loved by the children and staff alike, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and positivity into the setting every day. She takes pride in supporting children’s curiosity, independence, and enjoyment of learning through purposeful play ✨

Amy

Pre School Practitioner (Cosham)

Amy is a Level 2 Early Years practitioner who brings a positive, caring attitude every day 💛

 

She enjoys working with children and supporting their learning through play in line with the EYFS 🌱

Steff

Pre School Practitioner (Cosham)

Steff is a deeply caring Early Years practitioner who builds excellent relationships with the children 💛

 

She has a genuine passion for her role and treats every child with the same warmth and care as her own, helping them feel safe, valued, and secure 🌱

 

Through her nurturing approach, Steff supports children’s learning and wellbeing in line with the EYFS, creating strong bonds that help them thrive and feel truly at home in the setting ✨

Becky

Becky is a warm and highly valued Early Years practitioner who is adored by both children and parents 💛
